This is not a request for a return or exchange, I wanted to write a note to tell you about one of your customer service representatives.

I called on Tuesday, March 27th and placed an order with Pam (extension 337). She was extremely helpful and told me that she would do everything she could to get my order processed and shipped in time for me to receive the products for a cheer competition. Today, Pam called me and apologized for the fact that my order was not shipped yesterday as we thought it would be. After giving it some thought, I called Pam and asked if I could change the shipping address to have the products go to my hotel instead of my home. She did everything she could to make this happen.

In the course of our conversation, she mentioned the date. I was looking at my hotel reservation and realized that I was an entire day ahead of myself and the product would reach my home in time.

I've placed many orders in the past (not with TeamCheer) and never have I spoken with someone who was so willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy and meet their needs. I want to thank Pam for her kindness and willingness to help me, and for her sense of humor when we realized that my 'internal calendar' was a little ahead of schedule.

Trust me, I will utilize TeamCheer from now on for our cheerleading needs.
