SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. How to enter: Sweepstakes begins 12:00 AM (ET) 02/01/08 and ends 12:00 AM (ET) 06/30/08 ("entry period").  Customers are entered into the giveaway by filling out an entry form at teamcheer.com within the “entry period". Alternatively, all eligible participants can mail a 3x5 index card with complete name, address, daytime telephone number (including area code), email address and the words “I have READ and AGREE to the Official Rules of the Team Cheer Shoe Giveaway” written on the card.  Entry forms will also be available for online submission at teamcheer.com.  All mail-in and web based entries must be received by 12:00 AM (ET) 06/30/08. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, excluding Florida and Rhode Island.  You must be 18 years of age or older as of 02/01/08. Team Cheer employees, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each of Team Cheer and each of its respective affiliates, suppliers, distributors, supplier(s) of the prize for the sweepstakes and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible.  Contest subject to all applicable Federal, State, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Team Cheer may use the winner's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, except where prohibited.  By participating, entrants release Sponsor from and against any injury, damage, claim and action arising from sweepstakes participation or prize possession, use, nonuse or misuse. Team Cheer and those working for Team Cheer or on behalf of Team Cheer, will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage due mail, or for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays. Entries which are mutilated, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are also void.

3. Judging: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the week of 06/30/08 from among all complete and eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted by Team Cheer whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Notification: Prize winner will be contacted on or around 07/07/08 and will be sent a written notification letter along with an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, where legal, via U.S. mail. If chosen winner does not respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

5. Prize: (3) Grand Prize: winners will be drawn at random and will receive 15 Cheer Shoes, style selected by winner and is subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) up to U.S. $1,200.00. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except by Sponsor. Taxes and expenses not specified herein are winner’s responsibility. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: U.S. $3,600.00.

6. General Conditions: By entering the sweepstakes, the winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives for personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in the sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of the prize. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of entry form will be accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
