How long will it take my order to ship?
If everything is in stock and you are not ordering a custom cheer uniform or personalized item, Ground Shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days, Three Day Select is 3 business days, Second Day Air is 2 business days and Next Day Air is 1 business day.
Yes! Team Cheer has expanded our Embroidery Department to meet your needs. We can put your desired design on just about anything . . . cheerleading shirts, warm-ups, team apparel, bodywear, briefs, cheer shorts, cheer bags, and even Nfinity Cheer or Under Armour Apparel, just to name a few! Please speak to a customer services representative about any designs ad what you would like embroidered. With our experience, we can advice your team on what customizations will look best on products and materials.

Can bodywear be returned?
Yes, as long as they are still sealed in the original package.
Do Custom Uniforms, Tees, Cheer Bags and Warm-ups include tackle twill and embroidery in the price?
No, we list the Tackle Twill and Embroidery information and pricing separately so you can customize your look uniquely for your team and budget.
Can I phone my order in and pay by check?
Yes, when placing an order, tell your Customer Sales and Service Representative that you will be sending a check. Your order will be sent when we receive your payment. To expedite your order, you can supply information from your check when you call.

Poms usually take 1-2 weeks to make depending on the time of the season. Customized poms cannot be returned.
How long do uniforms take to make?
We have In-Stock, Semi-Custom and Custom cheer uniforms for your convenience. The In-Stock uniforms will usually ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. The Semi-Custom uniforms can be shipped 2-3 weeks unlettered, 4 weeks lettered. Custom cheer uniforms will ship in 6 weeks unlettered and 8 weeks lettered. Customized uniforms cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Team Cheer does not ship internationally. We ship to 48 Contiguous States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands. Puerto Rico, US
Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii must be quoted.
What is your return policy?
How to Return:
- Fill out a return/exchange form, use the supplied address label. Make sure you include the invoice/order number to ensure correct and timely credit.
- Ship to Team Cheer; c/o Athletica, INC.; Attn: Returns Department; 200 North Main Street; Suite 3; Perry, New York 14530 via a trackable ship method (UPS, USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex) to ensure we receive the items for proper credit.
- If exchanging, we will ship exchange with applicable shipping charges added.

All non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of shipment to you. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please do not write on shoe boxes or use the cheer shoe boxes for shipping. Customized items are not returnable.
